Refund policy

Please note that since each item is custom made specifically for your order, we can only offer replacements or refunds if the product is damaged or defective.

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, we will refund the cost of the item, but please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don't offer exchanges or refunds for changes of mind or incorrect size selections, so please double-check your cart and consult our sizing charts before finalising your order. You can find the sizing charts on the product pages for each item near the size selection.

When you receive your order, please inspect it right away. If you find any issues — such as defects, damage, or receiving the wrong item — please contact us at support@triplewafer.com as soon as possible. We'll review the situation and do our best to resolve it.

Please be aware that our policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. After 30 days, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
